Indemnification
Vendor shall indemnify and hold harmless Operator, its agents, employees and officers, of all claims, damages, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from any injuries or damages to any person or property resulting from the Vendor’s actions or omissions while participating in the Flea Market.
